Around 20:00 | Arrival in Paris & drop off Luggage at SO/ Paris

For most guests, flights and transfers to SO/ Paris Hotel, have already been arranged. If you are travelling independently, please share your arrival details with our planning team so they can coordinate with you.

Once you arrive, we drop our bags to SO/ Paris the hotel lobby and walk over to the Brasserie together for the evening.

20:00–23:00 | Welcome at Brasserie Le Sully

Join us at Brasserie Le Sully, a Parisian brasserie just a short walk from the hotel, for drinks and something to eat.

Please arrive to dinner dressed for the Venice Simplon Orient Express.

23:00–01:30 | We board the Venice Simplon Orient Express

Board the group transfer to the train station, settle into your cabin, and continue the party in the bar car!

From 07:00 | Breakfast in Your Cabin

Breakfast is available in your cabin from 07:00, or feel free to sleep in. We’ll all come together for brunch at 11:00.

11:00 | Brunch on Board

Join us in the dining carts for brunch before we arrive in Rome.

12:30 | Arrival in Rome

Transfers will be waiting at the station to take everyone directly to the hotel.

13:00 | Light Lunch & Welcome Drinks at Bvlgari Hotel Roma

A light lunch and drinks will be waiting for you when we arrive at the hotel.

From 15:00 | Check-in at the Hotel

Rooms will be available from 15:00, giving you time to settle in and get ready for the evening.

18:30 | Meet in the Hotel Lobby

Please meet in the lobby, ready for your transfer to the wedding.

19:15 | Final Departure from the Hotel

The final transfer to the wedding will leave the hotel at 19:15.

20:00 | Wedding Ceremony

Followed by dinner, dancing and celebrations.

From 00:00 | Return Transfers to the Hotel

Transfers back to the hotel will be available from midnight onwards.
