Around 19:00 | Arrival in Paris & Check-in at SO/ Paris
For most guests, flights and transfers to our hotel, SO/ Paris, have already been arranged. If you are travelling independently, please share your arrival details with our planning team so they can coordinate with you.
Once you arrive, there will be time for a quick check-in before we meet in the hotel lobby and walk over together for the evening.
21:00–23:00 | Welcome at Brasserie Le Sully
Join us at Brasserie Le Sully, a casual Parisian brasserie just a short walk from the hotel, for drinks and something to eat.
Nothing formal, just a chance to arrive, settle in and spend the first evening together.

Thursday 8th October
From 07:00 | Breakfast at the Hotel
Breakfast will be available at the hotel from 07:00.
10:00 | Meet in the Hotel Lobby
Please meet us in the lobby with all of your luggage, ready for our departure.
Please come with your luggage already packed in two sets: your hand luggage and garment bag for the train, and your larger luggage, which will be collected in the lobby and travels ahead to Rome. Once collected, it will not be accessible until we arrive.
What goes where matters for the journey, so please read the Train & Luggage page carefully before packing, and keep your passport with you at all times.
10:45 | Departure from the Hotel
We’ll leave the hotel together for the station.
11:30 | Departure of the Venice Simplon Orient Express
The train leaves the station at 11:30 and our journey to Rome begins. Please note that due to the route and rail schedule, the train cannot wait for late arrivals, so kindly be on time.
12:30 | Lunch on Board
Lunch will be served in the dining carts.
19:30 | Dinner & Evening on Board
Dress for the evening and join us for dinner, drinks and celebrations on board, with a touch of 1920s and 1930s glamour.
Arrival in Rome & The Wedding Day
Friday 9th October
From 07:00 | Breakfast in Your Cabin
Breakfast is available in your cabin from 07:00, or feel free to sleep in. We’ll all come together for brunch at 11:00.
11:00 | Brunch on Board
Join us in the dining carts for brunch before we arrive in Rome.
12:30 | Arrival in Rome
Transfers will be waiting at the station to take everyone directly to the hotel.
13:00 | Light Lunch & Welcome Drinks at Bvlgari Hotel Roma
A light lunch and drinks will be waiting for you when we arrive at the hotel.
From 15:00 | Check-in at the Hotel
Rooms will be available from 15:00, giving you time to settle in and get ready for the evening.
18:30 | Meet in the Hotel Lobby
Please meet in the lobby, ready for your transfer to the wedding.
19:15 | Final Departure from the Hotel
The final transfer to the wedding will leave the hotel at 19:15.
20:00 | Wedding Ceremony
Followed by dinner, dancing and celebrations.
From 00:00 | Return Transfers to the Hotel
Transfers back to the hotel will be available from midnight onwards.

Join us on the rooftop of Bulgari Hotel Roma for one last lunch together before we say goodbye.
Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure, whether that be exploring Rome or joining us on the rooftop of Bvlgari Hotel Roma for one last lunch together before we say goodbye.
Lunch available 12:00-16:00, drop in and stay as long as you please.
